As the sole designer reporting to the VP of Marketing, Sarah managed brand consistency across 34 national medical and aesthetic clinics. She created graphics, designed websites, and handled all creative communications and presentations while coordinating with external vendors and freelancers.
Sarah's work included maintaining and enforcing brand standards, developing brand boards and assets for each clinic, and designing a wide range of materials such as landing pages, promotional posters, business cards, and pricing menus. She also created monthly eblasts and newsletters to support marketing efforts. To streamline operations, Sarah established SOPs and file organization systems for the Creative Team, ensuring efficiency and consistency across all projects.
